As we spent countless hours researching our daughter’s condition and sitting in doctor’s offices surrounded by families from around the world, we looked upon the faces of these children and came away determined to make a difference.

With so few children suffering from vision-related diseases, research and development dollars are difficult to secure. We hope to fund a cure.

Vision impairment brings with it unexpected financial burdens such as travel costs to distant specialists for surgeries and exams, frequently changing corrective lenses, and therapy sessions. We hope to offer help.

Information for many of these conditions is scattered and hard to come
by—and support groups are, just as often, difficult to find. We hope to
provide answers.
